Return & Exchange Policy — Heavy Puffer Jackets (Men & Women)

At Whitearth, each Heavy Puffer Jacket is crafted with care and quality to ensure you receive the warmth and comfort you deserve. Due to the premium nature and high logistics cost of this product, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

1. No Refund Policy

• There are no refunds for Heavy Puffer Jackets once an order has been placed.
• Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or colour preference.

2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange in the following cases:

1. Manufacturing Defect or Damage

• If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, you must share a complete unboxing video and clear photos of the jacket within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once verified, we will process a free exchange for the same product.

1. Size, Colour, or Change of Mind

• Please refer carefully to the size chart provided on our website before purchasing.
• Exchanges due to incorrect size selection, colour preference, or change of mind will be accepted only once and will incur a ₹450 handling fee (inclusive of two-way logistics).
• The jacket must be returned in new, unused condition with all tags, stickers, and packaging intact. Any product found used or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are strictly non-refundable.

4. Condition for Exchange Approval

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and brand stickers must be intact.
• Any missing packaging or signs of use will make the product ineligible for exchange.

In summary:

• We’re happy to help if there’s a genuine issue, but due to the heavy nature of this product and high shipping costs, we cannot accommodate casual returns or refunds.
